Stock Availability

We aim to keep all the goods on our website in stock but we can only carry limited stocks of certain items due to their unique, hand-made nature. We have a very limited selection on our website and these items are also sold through our shop in Rugby. Because of this, some items may have 'sold out' and are not be deleted immediately. We will endeavour to secure new stock asap but on some occasions the item maybe sold out.

Methods of Payment

We accept the following credit cards – Delta, Visa, JCB, Switch, Mastercard, Solo and Visa Electron. All prices shown on the Etcetera website are in sterling (GBP) and include VAT at the appropriate rate.

Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously and we comply fully with the Data Protection Act. This means that all the information that you submit to us will be held with the utmost care and security in accordance with the Act. We will not retain any personal information for longer than we need to process your order correctly.

We will only contact you by telephone if there is a query regarding your order.

Delivery & Charges

We deliver throughout the UK, including the Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. We are sorry, but at this time we cannot deliver goods overseas. Most items will be delivered by Royal Mail, using either their First or Second Class or Parcel service. All orders willl be despatched on the next working day. Larger items or orders of higher value will usually be sent by courier and will need to be signed for on delivery.

Refunds and Returns

Etcetera are happy that you will be satisfied with the quality of our goods but, in the unlikely event of you not being delighted with your purchases you may return them to us for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery providing they remain complete, in their original condition, unused and still in their original packaging. We regret that earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned, unless faulty, due to Health & Safety Regulations. Please e-mail us at enquiries@etceterarugby.co.uk to request a returns number before sending your goods back as we are unable to refund unauthorised returns. Please note that our Returns Policy is in addition to your statutory rights.

You will be required to arrange and pay for the cost of the return of all goods, unless they are faulty. If you do need to return goods to us we recommend that you obtain a “Certificate of Posting” free from the Post Office, as we cannot accept responsibility for returned goods lost in transit. To be extra safe you may wish to return the goods via Recorded Delivery. Etcetera cannot, however, refund this charge.

If Post Free items are returned because you have ordered the wrong size, wish to exchange for a different style or colour etc postage charges (at cost) will be payable before replacement items are sent out.

Faulty Goods

If you find that an item is faulty, please mail us at enquiries@etceterarugby.co.uk or telephone us within 24 hours to arrange a refund or replacement. Returned faulty items will be refunded in full along with the original postage costs. Refunds will be made via the original payment method within 30 days of our receipt of the faulty item. Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If, in the unlikely event of your goods having been damaged in transit please do not sign for them until you have inspected them. If they have been damaged please retain the original delivery carton and mail us at enquiries@etceterarugby.co.uk or telephone within 24 hours to arrange a refund or replacement.

Site Security

Etcetera take online security very seriously. All our on-line payments are processed by PayPal. When you place your order you will be directed to PayPal's secure server. Etcetera does not collect ANY credit/debit card information.

We guarantee to comply with the standards, procedures and requirements laid down in the UK Data Protection Acts 1984 and 1998 to ensure that your personal information is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully.

Errors and Omissions

Whilst Etcetera take every care to ensure the veracity of any measurements, description and specifications of goods on our site we do not give any warranty as to their accuracy or completeness and will not be held responsible for any errors or omissions or for the results arising from any such errors or omissions. Although the colour reproduction in the photographs of our products is as close as it possibly can be we cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser, software or computer system used by our customers.

We reserve the right to alter or amend prices if it is found that they are inaccurate at time of order. We will notify you of any change should this become necessary before taking payment.
